01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to FaceHR, a biometric-driven payroll and attendance management system owned and operated by FaceHR Systems ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, software, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our platform.

02 User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Organizations are responsible for the actions of their authorized users and administrators.

04 Biometric Data & Privacy

Our platform utilizes Precision for facial recognition and biometric verification. We treat this data with the highest level of security and compliance.

Biometric templates are hashed and encrypted at rest, ensuring that original images are never stored in their raw form.

Employers are solely responsible for obtaining explicit consent from employees before collecting biometric data.

05 Payment & Subscription Terms

FaceHR operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

07 Limitation of Liability

"To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FaceHR Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly."
